About IFG
IFG - The International Food Group formed in 2015 through the collaboration of two family-owned businesses, whose routes lay deep in the FMCG manufacturing and distribution sector in Southern Africa.
IFG has manufacturing agreements with several processors, who produce our brands under licence. With the assistance of our associate company, we have developed a supply chain network which spreads across the Southern Africa region. In the outlying rural areas of Africa, we have partnered with distributors who allow access to these markets.
IFG has partnered with consumer research rms, formula developers and marketing agencies which allow us to develop brands that are filled with nutrition and value.
Our Aim
To become a key player in both the South and Southern African FMCG markets with distribution networks to all major retail chains and wholesalers.
To be known as a benchmark company for the development of Private Label
brands on behalf of major retail chains and distributors.
Our Responsibility
Whilst we grow from strength to strength, we do not forget the wellbeing of our society. IFG participates in extensive philanthropic endeavours, hoping to uplift the community around us.
We have partnered with several foundations in order to further reach those in need. IFG is working with multiple aid organisations to develop and implement initiatives to deal with ever increasing threats to global food security and malnutrition amongst infants. These are the efforts that take us closer to our goal.
